in 1984. 25 plus years as a full service Balloon, Flower,
Gift Basket, and
Event Decorating Company.
We have worked with clients throughout the country to create
Gifts and Events with a personal approach to the decorating (and
budget) needs of each client, using only the highest quality
products.
